For several generations, JR has been taking your taste buds all over the world with different kinds of ethnic pastry to make your cooking tasty and fun to share.

This family business, which has been run by the Castro family for more than 30 years, was the first to produce brick pastry sheets for large retailers.

Under its JR brand, Sofrabrick develops tasty products, which are easy to use and made in the traditional way. A complete range of pastry from all over the world which is easy to cook with: an original alternative to cooking with traditional pastry.

Sofrabrick has been inspired by traditional know-how to create a specific process where mass production does not mean low quality products: food safety and quality are guaranteed.
Every stage of the manufacturing process is subject to quality control, from the raw materials to the finished products:

• Strong partnerships with the suppliers of our raw materials and continuous quality control on our production lines
• Full traceability – upstream and downstream – to monitor and check each unit produced at any stage of the process
• Carefully selected ingredients all made in France and preferential partnerships with those involved in the local economic fabric
• A factory based laboratory to improve the quality of our products.
